DMCA Copyright Policy

To submit a DMCA takedown notice, you must provide the following information in writing: 1. Identification of the copyrighted work — Describe the work you believe has been infringed, or if multiple works, a representative list. 2. Identification of the infringing material — Provide the URL(s) on CreatorPower.ai where the infringing material appears. Be specific enough for us to locate the material. 3. Your contact information — Your name, address, telephone number, and email address. 4. Good faith statement — "I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law." 5. Accuracy statement — "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner." 6. If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. To be valid, your counter-notification must include: 1. Identification of the removed material — The URL where the material appeared before removal. 2. Statement under penalty of perjury — "I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification." 3. Your contact information — Name, address, telephone, and email. 4. Consent to jurisdiction — "I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which my address is located." 5. Your signature — Physical or electronic signature. CreatorPower.ai maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright. We track infringement claims and will terminate accounts after two verified infringement notices, or immediately upon receipt of a court order.

CreatorPower.ai is a service provider as defined by the DMCA. We qualify for safe harbor protection under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) for user-generated content stored at users' direction. We do not have actual knowledge of infringing material absent notice, and we act expeditiously to remove material upon receiving proper notice.

Submitting a false or misleading DMCA notice is a violation of federal law and our Terms of Service. If you are not the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf, or if you knowingly submit false information, you may be liable for damages including legal fees. We reserve the right to report abusive DMCA notices to appropriate authorities.
