Never Sold to Third Parties
We will never sell, rent, license, or monetize your personal data or your audience data to any third party. This includes advertising data brokers, data resellers, or any entity whose primary purpose is data collection. Your email subscriber list, your follower counts, your earnings, and your content are never sold.
Acquirer Protection Clause
If CreatorPower.ai is acquired, merged, or transferred to new ownership, this Data Rights Pledge transfers with the company and remains binding on any acquirer. No acquirer can remove or weaken these rights. If any acquirer attempts to change these terms, you will receive 90 days notice and free data export before any change takes effect.
Domain Portability
Your custom domain is yours. We hold it on your behalf in your name. You can transfer your domain to any registrar at any time, with no transfer fees charged by us. DNS records export in one click. We provide outbound DNSSEC configuration and DNS zone file export upon request.
Right to Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and irreversible — we do not retain shadow copies. Upon deletion request: your profile is removed within 24 hours, your analytics data within 7 days, and your email subscriber data within 30 days (to comply with CAN-SPAM and GDPR unsubscribe obligations).
Data Access & Audit
You can request a full audit of what data we hold about you at any time via privacy@creatorpower.ai. We will respond within 30 days with a complete inventory of all data we hold, all third-party processors with access to your data, and all data retention periods.

This Data Rights Pledge is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. It creates enforceable contractual rights. Any breach of this pledge entitles you to:
- Immediate account credit equal to your last 3 months of subscription fees
- Expedited data export assistance at no charge
- Right to terminate your contract without early termination fees
