CreatorPower.ai is an open platform built to support creators of all types, including adult content creators. This policy defines what is permitted and what is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, referral to law enforcement.

⛔ ZERO TOLERANCE — CSAM

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is absolutely prohibited. This includes any sexual content depicting minors, any content that could be construed as sexualizing minors, and any attempt to use our platform to contact or groom minors.

Upon detection or report of CSAM, we will:

  • Immediately and permanently terminate the account
  • Preserve all evidence in accordance with federal requirements
  • Report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline
  • Cooperate fully with law enforcement, including FBI, Interpol, and local authorities
  • Report to applicable platform partners and payment processors

We use automated detection and human review. If you encounter CSAM on our platform, report immediately to safety@creatorpower.ai or the NCMEC CyberTipline at missingkids.org.

🔒 Responsible Disclosure Policy

We welcome security researchers who responsibly disclose vulnerabilities in our platform. If you discover a security issue, please report it to us before public disclosure.

What to report:
  • Authentication or authorization bypasses
  • Cross-site scripting (XSS) or injection vulnerabilities
  • Data exposure affecting other users
  • Payment processing vulnerabilities
  • Remote code execution
Our commitments to you:
  • Acknowledge receipt within 48 hours
  • Provide a resolution timeline within 7 days
  • Not pursue legal action for good-faith research
  • Credit you (if desired) when the vulnerability is fixed
  • Bounties available for critical vulnerabilities — negotiate at time of report

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in: content removal, account suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of accumulated earnings (where violations relate to fraud), and referral to law enforcement.
